Dear Dr., I am writing to express my satisfaction with the eyelid and lower eye surgery you performed on me in your office. I was so pleased with the efficient, professional and relaxed atmosphere provided by your staff. And the results, so far, are amazing after only one week. In addition, there was no pain under the local anesthetic as your assistant, Wendy, literally held my hand. The recovery has also been very smooth. I am not from the California area and traveled across the country upon a recommendation of you from my sister. I had looked into this procedure in my state with the "best surgeon in town" and it was cost prohibitive. Not only were you able to offer a manageable price (less than half the cost), but also knew you were just as qualified, if not more so, because you are also an ophthalmologist that weighed heavily in my decision. I was not looking for just a deal. I wanted excellent results and I have not been disappointed.
The surgery had been a dream come true. The last few years, the bags under my eyes had become so noticeable; I started looking older than my 38 years. Now I know I will look, at the most my real age and probably early 30's after my full recovery.
